We received our final package from the adoption agency today!
Passports? Check!
Paperwork (in triplicate, just in case)? Check, check, check!
US Cash? Check!
Traveller's cheques? Check!
Clothes for AnnaWen? Check!
Backpack and toys? Check!
Suitcase of donated items for the orphanage? Check!
E-Tickets and itinerary? Check!
Justincase meds? Check!
Adult comfort meds (digestion, head, cold...)? Check!
Schedule for Munsters? Check!
Mandarin wave files? Check!
See? We're just about ready... now to put it all in one place - PACK!
Oh, and we found out who our guides are... Maggie will meet us in Beijing and get us to the airport on our way to Lanzhou. In Lanzhou, we'll be guided by Speed. Yes, I'm a little concerned, but at least Speed is a guide not a driver. When we return to Beijing, our guide will be Lily, who is the national guide in charge as well.
It's all coming together!

I can't imagine doing this part without MAJOR STRESS! I can imagine you'd be checking and rechecking the check lists!
