and Something on Elliot the Moose

The last two posts have starred Jack and Paxten, so I'm excited to share a tidbit of Elliot. I've wanted to write this for weeks, but it hasn't naturally fallen into any post. The boys have more than their share of character pajamas - superheros, movie and tv characters, etc. For the longest time a major stress in our house was having both pieces of a pajama set - apparently you can't be Batman in blue pants instead of black... Lately, however, Moose has preferred to purposely mismatch his pajamas. He puts a superhero top with a movie character bottom, old tball jersey tshirts with Diego pants, etc. By doing this, he combines the strengths of each character to make a whole new Superhero who has a unique - and certainly unbeatable - profile of magic powers. E spends time thinking up the name and listing the powers in resume style. I wish I had it in me to remember these as they are classic, but after a day of church, grocery shopping, soccer practice and a playdate bbq following a night where we worked till 3am on taxes, you're lucky the post is somewhat coherrant.
