The turnaround wasn't too bad for this one... I managed to find people in both doc offices to talk to about the letters and they were both written yesterday. I hope it makes it clear enough that my PPD is in the past and does not threaten by ability to adopt or parent Anna. I mailed them off to our agency for notarization and translation by fast mail yesterday... be thinking ladybug thoughts!
