I just found this link: www.chinaadoptionforecast.com that uses some mystery math equation to predict when a referral will be received based on past CCAA trends and LID. It suggested ours will arrive somewhere around Dec. 20, 2008. Better than the worst case scenerio! Would be an excellent Christmas present.
I don't know why I cling to anything that offers a prediction on dates. It's not going to change the actual date of referral one way or another...
Oh well... what else is there to do when a client doesn't show?
