Two years ago, we'd be half way there... now, I figure we're AT LEAST 10% through the wait - worst case... Best case? I figure the earliest we'll receive our referral will be 24 months from Oct'06, so we're three months of 24, which is 12.5%. Not much of a difference. Hm. Maybe my worst case isn't the worst possible scenario. :(
