Rumour has it, referrals will go into December. Last batch went to November 21, projections suggest anything from November 24 to November 28 is reasonable. I'm suspecting the "into December" rumour is very unlikely... and I think I'm starting to become cynical and numb to the wait b/c I don't even have that twinge of "maybe this time" as I've had before when good rumours surface. I'll expect November 24 and be happy if anything beyond that comes true.
