As I dig deeper into the culture of the Waiting Parents, I have learned a blog is an important thing to have. I'm not sure what to say... What there is to know is simple and short: We've decided to adopt from China, we did the paperchase from April to August 2006 and sent our dossier to China in September. We were officially logged in by the CCAA Oct 11 2006. Now we sit and wait. So why the blog? Dunno. I have gained some comfort, support and knowledge by reading other blogs so maybe it's time to put one out there... There wont' be much adoption stuff, other than narratives of my own frustrations in waiting... but we have a very active household and maybe writing about what we're doing will help take the emphasis off what we're waiting for...
